Cryptocurrency is regulated in Estonia at the legislative level. The body responsible for the regulation of cryptocurrency is the Bureau of Anti-Money Laundering. The main law regulating operations with cryptocurrencies is the “Law on combating money laundering and financing of terrorism”.
